How quickly will my website go live?
Most websites are live within one week of you signing off on the design. We move quickly because we're a small, focused studio — your project gets full attention from start to launch.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, your .co.uk domain, SSL certificate, ongoing security updates, regular backups, and low-cost content updates when you need them. No surprise bills.
Why a 24-month agreement?
It lets us keep the upfront setup fee low and spread the cost of design, build, hosting, and ongoing support across a sensible term. It also means we're invested in the long-term success of your site — not just the launch.
What happens after the 24 months?
Your subscription continues month-to-month at the same rate, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No price hikes, no lock-in.
Who owns the domain and content?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and all content remains yours. If you ever decide to move on, we'll help you transfer everything cleanly.
Can I update the content myself?
Most clients prefer to send us changes — it's quicker and you don't need to learn a CMS. Updates are charged at a low hourly rate, billed in 15-minute increments, so small tweaks stay genuinely affordable.
How do payments work?
The one-off setup fee is paid up front. Monthly payments are collected automatically via GoCardless Direct Debit — you'll get advance notice of every payment and a separate invoice for your records.
What if I need something more bespoke?
